Ingredient Amount
Water 5 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Sweetened condensed milk 3 cans
Eggs (yolk only) 6 eggs
Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
Sponge cake
Cinnamon
2. Add 1 cup of sugar (as preferred) let boil 5 minutes
3. Separately mix 3 cans of sweetened condensed milk with 6 egg yolks. Blend to a thin consistency
4. Lower heat to medium. Until water is not boiling
5. Stir in milk and egg mix. Stir constantly
6. Separately mix 3 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1 cup of water
7. Pour in slowly and keep stirring to avoid burning until thick
8. Slice sponge cake into ½ inch slices
9. Pour Batter on tray. Even spread
10. Place Sliced sponge cake on Batter
11. Sprinkle cinnamon on sponge cake
12. Pour batter on the sponge cake for final layer
13. Sprinkle powdered cinnamon or powdered (sweet) chocolate on top
14. Garnish as needed

next time dont put eggs. it still taste nasty!
